In its composition, you will find 100% organic powder made of spirulina, guarana, maca and hemp protein. Thanks to that, it contains plenty of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and proteins that are important for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
BIO Sport Formula Mix boasts a high amount of plant-based proteins, which generally contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Moreover, it contains B vitamins, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, or zinc, and phytonutrients, such as antioxidant zeaxanthin. Antioxidants are substances that help protect cells against oxidative stress and this can prevent, for example, premature ageing of cells.
This mix aims to support an active lifestyle, and thus contains 7 carefully selected superfoods of organic quality. Thanks to that, it has a purely natural composition without any extra ballast substances. It contains lucuma which together with cocoa gives the whole mix a sweet and slightly chocolate taste. What's more, guarana is known worldwide for its stimulating effects, which are mainly attributed to caffeine, the effect of which is enhanced by theobromine from cocoa. Spirulina, in turn, boasts a good content of substances with an antioxidant effect, such as chlorophyll. Furthermore, acai berries powder increases the antioxidant effects of the product, as it contains the most antioxidants of all berries. The contained maca is classified as an adaptogen, which are substances that can help better manage stress and increase the body's resistance. Moreover, the product is rich in proteins thanks to contained organic hemp protein.
