The contained vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and also to the maintenance of normal immune function during and after intense physical exercise. In addition, the pre-workout contains 2000 mg of BCAA per serving.

Maltodextrin, citrulline malate, creatine, acidity regulator (citric acid), L-leucine, sweetener (steviol glycosides), Tribulus Terrestris extract, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-arginine, ascorbic acid, anhydrous caffeine, blueberry aroma, colourant (carmine), pepper extract, emulsifier (gum arabic).
Mix 1/2-1 measuring cup (7.5 g - 15 g) with 250 ml of water in a shaker. Take 20-30 minutes before training. To verify the tolerance from the beginning, start with a serving of a half measuring scoop (7.5 g) and, if necessary, you can then use the dose of a measuring scoop (15 g) before the next training session.
