ABE - All Black Everything is a comprehensive pre-workout designed for anyone who wants to conquer new training challenges. It contains a functional blend of selected substances, led by citrulline malate, from which nitric oxide (NO) is formed in the body. This is related to the widening of blood vessels (vasodilation) and therefore blood supply to the muscles. As a result, the muscles are pumped up and ready to perform at their best. This is also helped by creatine monohydrate, which can increase physical performance during short consecutive intervals of high-intensity training. However, these effects are conditioned by a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine, which can be easily reached with this product.
This pre-workout also contains a functional dose of caffeine, which will take care of energizing the body and maximum engagement during training. Moreover, beta alanine also has a role to play, which is involved in the creation of carnosine. The latter is thought to combat muscle over-acidification and lactic acid build-up, which has been linked to delayed muscle fatigue and longer athletic performance.
The overall functionality of the product is completed by taurine and choline bitartrate, which is a building block of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
